A safety deposit box is a safe and convenient place to store important items that would be difficult or impossible to replace. The safety deposit box also offers privacy and security. While many people like to keep valuables close by in a closet at home or in an office, these places probably are not as resistant to fire, water and theft.
Kuber Vaults offers a premium service, with free access to your safe deposit box 7 days a week. Unlike other providers, we are located in the Hills area and ideal for customers living in western Sydney.
Kuber Vaults has a Liability Policy. As part of your Licence privileges, the fee includes an insurable interest to the value of $10,000. Insurance in excess of this is simple and can be arranged by talking to our friendly staff.
Government legislation prohibits firearms, liquids and illegal drugs to be stored in safety deposit boxes.
Kuber Vaults has varied sizes to suit customer needs and requirements. Please check relevant sections on our website or talk to one of our friendly staff to help you decide appropriate size for your needs.
A customer may access their safety deposit box during the business hours of operation which are 9.00 am – 5.00 pm Monday to Friday and 10.30 am to 3.00 pm on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Access outside of these hours can be arranged with Kuber Vaults by providing 6 hours’ notice. There will be a special access fee payment applied to your account.
Yes. You can obtain a joint licence to your safety deposit box at Kuber Vaults with a spouse, child or another person. (Warning: merely giving someone else a key will not be enough to grant access. They must sign up as a joint licence holder.)
If the law enforcement authorities persuade the appropriate court that there is reasonable cause to suspect you are hiding something illegal (guns, drugs, explosives, stolen items or cash), they can obtain a court order, have right to open the box and seize the contents.
The companies that manufacture Safe Deposit Vaults that house the boxes make them highly “resistant” to fire, flood, heat, earthquakes, hurricanes and explosions.
Once your lease has expired and you don’t wish to continue, please inform us. Upon clearing of your locker and return of both the keys, we can process your refund of key deposit money.
A refundable key deposit is taken as a safety measure when you obtain a licence to operate a safety deposit box atKuberVaults. This is returned in full to each customer on vacating the vault, unless overdue storage fees or any adjustment to the vault needs to be made provided the key is not damaged and can still operate the locks.
Kuber Vaults does not hold master keys to your personal safety-deposit box for your added security assurance. Your safety deposit box is private. Kuber Vaults will need to replace the entire lock and issue you with new keys subject to the payment of a fee.
Important papers such as; originals of your insurance policy, birth/marriage/death certificates, original deeds/mortgage contracts. Other valuables such as special jewels, medals and collectable items, irreplaceable photos, video or pictures of your home contents for insurance purposes.
